a 6'5" 115 kg ginger headed beach yowie makes big skips look pretty small.

not quality - but quantity.

all just under/over size - millions of them.

rivers were too high for proper trout fishing, but still got a couple nices ones as well. we prefer them over bream.

Good stuff/nice skips Monksie......might have to venture out on Sunday as its shaping up for a nice beaching day with N winds. Went out Sunday of the long weekend and got endless salmon and 3 nice skips. Did you get'em at the Beach Yowie's fav spot/beach out east?

cheers
Matt

Good work Monksie, love catch them big skips off the beach. I'm heading back home to Espy soon for a month, keen to try Roses for some tailor as well and also the old fav Poison for some noah action.......going to give the slidebaiting a dead bait a go (thanks to Batts and Moohan) rather than live baiting my salmon as I normally do.

the pinks and soapies were going off way out where you got your avatar fish Matt. just too far for us to venture (sharpey came down from Karratha). going off like double headers of 8kg pinks!

good to see you're still about Matt.
